The body stores within its fatty tissues the toxins that we ingest from the food we eat, air we breathe, water we drink, plastics, antibiotics, vaccines, etc. More than ever we are living in a toxic soup of dangerous pollutants. There are certain small amounts of heavy metals that are nutitionally essential for life. However, there becomes health issues when the body absorbs high levels of heavy metals. Heavy metals accumulate in the body when there are large amounts. The body cannot properly metabolize them and they accumulate in the soft tissues of the body. Thus, making the body toxic.

Heavy metals have a strong effect on the pineal gland, our third eye, the gland that is located in the middle of the brain known as our connection to spiritual and intuitive openings. The pineal gland is responsible for producing melatonin which produces serotonin, needed for good, deep, sound sleep while opening up our inner portal taking us to other dimensions such as the dream plane. Electromagnetic pollution, fluoride, aluminum, mercury, chlorine, bromide, pesticides, artificial sweeteners, refined sugars, tobacco, excess alcohol and caffeine cause a build up of calcium phosphate that accumulates on our pineal gland and calcifies over it blocking it from producing properly. Research shows that when our pineal gland is working properly and not blocked from creating adequate supplies of melatonin, serotonin or DMT, psychic abilities develop and the intuition is heightened while experiencing mental clarity.

How to rid the body of Heavy Metals:
For anyone experiencing any of these signs and symptoms of heavy metal toxicity and would like to get confirmation then I recommend a hair analysis. A hair analysis can determine if you are toxic with heavy metals and which ones. Then a detoxification and cleansing program is recommended.
I honestly believe that most people have too many heavy metals in their bodies. How can we not when it is being sprained in our sky, added to our water, put in our vaccines, sprayed on our foods, (to name a few of the ways we are ingesting heavy metals daily). There are natural ways to eliminate the heavy metals from the body that one can incorporate into daily life regardless of the level of heavy metal toxicity. 1. Drink water that has gone through the reverse osmosis process if fluoride is added to your water. 2. Limit the amount of fish that you eat as most fish these days contain heavy metals. 3. - Chlorella ~ Chlorella is a blue-green algae which bindsto heavy metals to detoxify them and remove them.
- Cilantro ~ This is an excellent herb for removing heavy metals from the body. It is believed to especially help with removal of heavy metals from the brain. If you add a bunch every day to your diet, heavy metals can be cleaned out in a couple of weeks.
5. Take Baths to help pull Heavy Metals out through skin.

Most body care products that you buy from the store are full of harmful chemicals and toxins. Usually they don't even clean your skin or hair properly. The products that are natural and organic that actually work I find to be expensive. I have found the perfect combination of inexpensive ingredients you can find in your kitchen that will give you the cleanest teeth, hair and skin you could imagine.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Coconut Oil
- Baking Soda
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Dr. Bronner's Soap
Step 1: Oil Pulling:
Take a Tablespoon of Coconut Oil and put it in your mouth. If it was hard it will liquify. Keep it in your mouth for about 20 minutes. Swirl around but never spit in a sink or toilet only in the trash or outside. Click on link for more info on Oil Pulling.
Coconut Oil should be a staple at home. It is so incredible for you with its anti-biotic, anti-inflammatory and anti viral properties. It can be used all over the body, a tablespoon for constipation, for cooking, for oil pulling, deep conditioning, etc.
Step 2: To deep condition the hair: Heat Oil. Olive, Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, etc. and pour warm oil on the roots and hair. Put hair up. Helps with hair growth and conditions the hair.
Another way to deep condition: an egg mixed with mayonnaise and let sit in hair.
Step 3: Spread Honey all over the face and let sit for 20 minutes.
The Honey pulls out the toxins and black heads and tightens the skin.
Step 4: Mix 2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda and add 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt.
After 20 minutes has gone by, spit the oil from your mouth into the dirt or trash can. Dip your brush into the tooth powder and brush away. You will have the cleanest and whitest teeth ever :)
You can mix with Coconut Oil to make a paste.
The baking soda and salt help to make the teeth extra white.
Step 5: Rinse the mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide.
Hydrogen Peroxide kills bacteria in the gums.
Step 6: Head for the shower. When you get in rinse the Honey off of your face. And grab the Dr. Bronner's soap. Pour some in your hand and scrub into the hair and face.
Everyone should have a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Liquid Soap in their house. You can use it to clean everything and it is so natural you can drink it
Step 7: Take the bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar and fill the capful. Pour capfuls onto the roots of the hair and let it drip down the rest of the hair. Try and get a bit of ACV on the entire head of hair. Then massage some into your face. Take a drink of the ACV and then Rinse off the face with water.
Apple Cider Vinegar is another staple in the home. It can be used on the hair and skin but also if ingested helps balance the body so less dis-ease comes.
Step 8: Take a handful of Sugar and mix with Dr. Bronner's and scrub your skin and all of the dead skin that rests on the skin.
Step 9: Once you dry off and get dressed, take a bit of Coconut Oil and put a light layer on the skin, face, arms, hands, bottom of feet, etc.
Viola! You are extra clean and beautified with products from your kitchen. If you create this as your daily ritual I promise people in your life will start asking you why you look so good! It's happened to me :)

When you were a child and had the flu were you served chicken soup? Did you ever wonder why it was understood without an explanation that chicken soup was good for your body when you were sick?When I had children, I carried on this tradition. Now every time they are sick I make a bone broth from an Organic Free-Range Chicken and make a soup with the broth. When I looked into the back story of bone broth I found that man has been eating broth from animal's bones since fire was discovered. There are many benefits in bone broth.
The reason why chicken soup is so great for you when you have the flu or a cold is because when the bones are simmered in water for long periods of time, the water withdraws the minerals from the bones and turns them into a form that we can easily digest. It also helps to reduce the number of white blood cells that cause the flu. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11035691)Sometimes people make bone broths using the joints, feet, skin, cartilage, tendons and even the knuckles of animals. They are all composed of highly dense networks of proteins known as Collagens which are only found in animal sources. Collagen are tissues in our skin, nails and joints. The glucosamine in the Collagen in broth helps to stimulate the growth of new collagen. This helps to reduce joint inflammation and repair damage. Another component of collagen is Gelatin and is important for protecting the lining of the digestive tract that helps in digesting nutrients. This in turn helps with digestive issues like leaky gut. Bone broth even helps with mood as it has amino acids, one of which, glycine can have calming effects. The list of benefits from bone broth are many, now lets move onto how to make it.
Here is how you make it:
Homemade Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 Whole Organic Chicken
- 8 cups of Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 bulb of Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, chopped
- 2 Carrots grated
- 2 Celery Stalks, chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- A few Sprigs of Thyme
* You can use your broth for the foundation for soups, stews, gravies, bouillabaisse, curries and more. You can use bones from chickens, beef, lamb, fish and pork.
- Place ALL Ingredients in a crock pot on LOW for 8-10 hour
- The chicken meat will fall off of the bones very easily.
- Remove the bones and strain broth in a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- Let Cool and transfer to the fridge.
- Put in the freezer for long term storage.
* Please make sure all animal bones that you are using are from Organic, Free-Range animals and that all the veggies and herbs are Organic too.

Our bodies are subject to many harsh chemicals in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the body care products some of us lather on our skin. If the toxins remain in the body it is possible for our organs to become increasingly toxic leading to all kinds of possible illness. It is possible to recognize when your body might be needing to detox. These are the ingredients I use in my Detox Bath: I use about 1/4 cup of each one and add 20-40 drops of Lavender Essential Oil. (I have included links to each product just click on the name)
Magnesium Flakes ~ Adding Magnesium Flakes to your body, provides magnesium through the skin. Magnesium is necessary for heart function, bone density, muscle cramping, sound sleep, many metabolic reactions in the body, and much more. Many people are deficient in Magnesium and this is a great way to get Magnesium in the body and relax at the same time.Bentonite Clay ~ Bentonite clays helps in the detoxification process stimulating the lymphatic system to deeply cleanse by pulling toxins out through the skin.Baking Soda ~ Baking Soda helps to drain the lymphatic system of toxins. Baking Soda not only helps soothe skin rashes, it helps to restore the acid/alkaline balance in the body. Baking Soda has also been known to counter the effects of radiation.Epsom Salts ~ Epsom Salts is used as a method for detoxification. The magnesium sulfate that is in the salts help to detoxify with medicinal and cleansing actions like if you were soaking in a sulfur hot spring. Epsom Salts helps relax muscles while pulling toxins out.Essential Oils ~ You can use any of your favorite essential oils. I love to use Lavender Oil. If I don't have oils I will break off a branch and some flowers and put it straight in the bath. Lavender is great for soothing the skin and helping with scrapes, cuts, bruises and skin irritations. It is also great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day right before bedtime.* You can also add Apple Cider Vinegar as it balances the body back into an alkaline state. It soothes and softens the skin too. Himalayan Pink Salts helps rid the body of toxins as well as helps with skin problems, joint pains, insect bites, poison oak/ivy irritations and much more.

It is Pomegranate season where I live! I walk down the streets and the trees are full of Pomegranates. I get so excited when I see the fruits ready to be picked because I know how packed with nutrients they are and I can't wait to sink my teeth into the little seeds. My children and I love sitting under a tree while we peel open a pomegranate as red liquid stains our hands. It is pure bliss to me. The Pomegranate is a fruit that is considered a superfood because of its powerful benefits. Here are some of the many benefits of this incredible fruit!
1. Pomegranates are one of the best cancer fighting fruits because they are full of antioxidants. They contribute to the prevention of breast cancer, lung cancer and prostate cancer.
2. Pomegranates are great for dental hygiene. They have high antibacterial effects. Pomegranates have been found to be a very good mouthwash, ridding the mouth of plaque, the bacteria that causes cavities.
3. The rind of the fruit and the bark of the tree are used as a remedy against diarrhea and intestinal parasites.
4. Pomegranates can be used as eye drops and are believed to block cataracts.

*To cut pomegranate with the least amount of mess. Cut pomegranate into chunks and place in a bowl of water. Break seeds free.
Here is a yummy recipe for a perfect salad for the Autumn Season.
Autumn Pomegranate Pear Salad
5 ounces spinach leaves
3/4 cup finely shredded radicchio
1/2 cup of Pompegranate Seeds
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
1 Large Pear
For the dressing:
3/4 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 tsp. minced fresh thyme leaves
1/8 ground pepper
1. In a salad bowl, gently mix spinach, radicchio, pomegranate seeds and hazlenuts.
2. In a small sauce pan, boil pomegranate juice about 5-6 minutes. Let cool. Wisk in lemon, oil salt, thyme, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing onto salad
4. Core pear and cut into thin slices. Place pears on salad.
Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic detox technique that involves swishing oil in the mouth. It is said that it helps remove harmful bacteria and pulls toxins out of gums and teeth. I love this because it is so beneficial, extremely effective, cheap, easy and of course ALL NATURAL. Oil pulling helps the body's natural detoxification process. Usually it is best done in the morning upon waking but can be done all day long. It can act like a cup of coffee, waking you up. It also clears out the bacteria that has accumulated in your mouth while sleeping. Wherever you are in the world, this is a great way to maintain oral health. All you need is some oil. I use Coconut Oil, it tastes good to me and it is anti-bacterial. However, you can use other oils like Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil. Please use Organic oils!
Benefits of Oil Pulling:

- speeds up metabolism

- protect teeth against bacterial rot

1. Put a Tablespoon of oil in your mouth ( I prefer coconut oil, it is anti-bacterial)
2. Start swishing it around your mouth. Do this for 15-20 minutes.
3. Spit out the oil. It should be milky and watery. If your mouth still feels oily you didn't pull long enough 4. Rinse out your mouth. It is best to use salt water to rinse and then give your teeth a good brushing.
Things to Remember:
- Always use cold-pressed unrefined oil.
- Use on an empty stomach.
- Don't swallow the oil cause it has toxic pathogens in it now.
- Spit out in toilet since bacteria might clog the sink.
I have been oil pulling every day for a few months and I have seen whiter teeth. My teeth and gums are smooth and feel healthy. I use my homemade toothpaste of baking soda, coconut oil and himalayan rock salt after the Oil Pulling and my mouth feels as clean as it could be. All from the Earth!

Depression effects over 21% of the world's population. We are finding more and more that pharmaceutical drugs are not working for many people mainly because the side effects are so intense. Anti-Depressants are one of the most money making pharmaceutical drugs out there. Turmeric also has many other benefits including aiding in weight loss, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. It has even been known to help prevent cancer.
There are many ways to include Turmeric into your daily life. You can sprinkle it in stir fries, add to greens, marinate chicken with it, add to your scrambled eggs, or add it to salad dressings. I am always creating concoctions of healthy ingredients that will help the body feel better. I make a tonic that I call Organic Super Cleansing Tonic. I have been making it and using it for years now. I have witnessed the benefits from many around me and I have felt my own shifts from drinking the tonic. However, my children will not drink it, which is understandable seeing that some of the ingredients are peppers and horseradish. So after research and playing around with ingredients and 3 taste testers, I have developed my own Immune Tonic. It is made especially for children over the age of 1 (because of the raw honey added).
